Wetlands are all about the relationship between water and the land.

Wisconsin Wetlands Association is celebrating 50 years of protecting wetlands in 2019 with events across the state. Join Dr. Amanda Little, professor in the Biology Department at UW-Stout, exploring the vegetation and hydrology of a diverse array of northern wetlands in the Chippewa Moraine. You will tour bogs, sedge meadows, ephemeral ponds, and the Deerfly Swamp State Natural Area. Bring along waterproof boots for this tour.
