Get ready for a week of fascinating presentations designed to raise your awareness about invasive species of all types. Learn how they impact you and habitat you are trying to protect. May 17-21, 2021 is National Invasive Species Awareness Week. Partners like the Natural Resources Conservation Service, US Fish and Wildlife Service, as well as state agencies and non-profits across America join with the North American Invasive Species Management Association to bring you a series of free online events.

Topics range from academic research to practical management advice. Learn some of the connections between invasive species and the climate crisis. Find out why it is so difficult to find new biological controls and get them out into the field. From global impacts to your own woodland, wetland and prairie, get a better understanding of the invasive plants and animals that impact your property and what you can doe about it.
